The Downtown Norfolk Civic League (DNCL) usually meets at 6:00 PM on the third Monday of every month at the TCC Student Centerlocated at 310 Granby Street - 5th Floor.During this Covid-19 "pandemic, we are holding our meetings virtually via Zoom.
